Amber Benson bio

Amber Benson is an American actor, singer, writer and producer. She is most well-known for acting as Tara Maclay from the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Benson has also directed her own films Chance, Lovers Liars & Lunatics and starred as the lead actress in them. Also, she starred in Kiss the Bride. Benson was born to a psychiatrist and the wife of Diane Benson, was born in Birmingham Alabama on January 8 1977. Danielle Benson is her artist younger sister. Benson has a father who is Jewish as is her mother Southern Baptist was raised in an Alabama Reform synagogue. Benson was a part of Morganville The Series and in The Killing Jar since Buffy's end.
