Kari Samantha, born in 1967 is an American artist, actress and vocalist (born on the 28th of April, 1967). Her career began when she was an teen and is most well famous for her character of Maggie Beckett in the television series Sliders as well as her role as Sheriff Samantha Parker in the horror comedy film Eight Legged Freaks.Wuhrer was born in Brookfield, Connecticut, the daughter of Karin (nee Noble), an accountant for payroll, as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer, a police officer and car salesman. Her family has given her three brothers. When she was a teenager She performed in nightclubs, sneaking out of the house to sing. Following her studies in acting at the Wooster School at the age of 13, she studied drama in New York University's Tisch School of the Arts located at Marymount Manhattan College and Columbia University. She also studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts under the famed Uta Hagen. Born on April 28, 1967, at Brookfield, Connecticut. Her German-American dad is also a car dealer and police agent. Kari is the youngest of three siblings. Kari performed in nightclubs while she was in her teens. Kari would get away from home and perform. In the year she turned 13 young, Kari studied acting at the Wooster School. Later, she enrolled in drama studies at the Tisch School of the Arts located at New York University, Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College and at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art with renowned teacher Uta Hagen. Kari started acting when she was still a teenager. She had her debut big appearance with MTV Remote Control in 1987.
